A few notes: The boring bar is only used when the id/od spindle is bolted on a 4x cnc mill.
Max travel on this mill is 22.8" x 13.5" x 7.8"
The second picture shows my homemade digitizer (pointing up, not used on this job).
All axis are ball screws, dc servo motors and gecko drives
Spindle Motor is a 1/3 hp dc motor with variable speed drive
Spindle is Taig with ER-16 collets
